LHSHL and Jesuit Hockey Registration


Registration for the Jesuit Hockey Fall 2026–2027 season is now open.


All players planning to participate in Jesuit Hockey this fall are required to complete both the Jesuit Hockey Registration and the Lightning High School Hockey League (LHSHL) Registration.

Please note that the Jesuit Hockey registration allows players to be rostered on a Jesuit Hockey team, while the LHSHL registration is required in order to participate in tryouts and compete during the LHSHL Fall 2026–2027 season.


Attendance at fall tryouts is mandatory for all players wishing to participate on a Jesuit Hockey team during the upcoming season.


At this time, tryouts are anticipated to take place during the week of August 3rd or August 10th. Final dates, times, and additional details will be communicated once finalized.


Important LHSHL Registration Information:


USA Hockey Numbers:

  • Please ensure you are entering the correct USA Hockey number during registration.
  • The registration system will not allow registration without a valid USA Hockey number.
  • Your current 2025–2026 USA Hockey number may be used initially; however, a valid 2026–2027 number will be required once memberships renew.
  • Players will not be eligible to be rostered on an LHSHL team until a valid 2026–2027 USA Hockey number has been submitted to the league.


School & Address Verification:

  • Please ensure all school, county, and address information entered during registration is accurate.
  • The address on your LeagueApps account must match the address associated with your USA Hockey account.
  • Verification checks will occur prior to the start of the season.
  • Incorrect or mismatched information may result in player ineligibility and potential team forfeits.


Birth Certificate / Passport Upload:

  • All players must upload a valid birth certificate or passport during registration.
  • Players without proper documentation on file will be considered ineligible until the required documents are submitted.


Additional information regarding TeamSnap invitations, schedules, season details, and tryouts will be shared as it becomes available.

Wiregrass Secures Thrilling 5-4 Win Over Jesuit Major In a thrilling showdown at the AdventHealth Center Ice, the Wiregrass Major edged out the Jesuit Major with a final score of 5-4. The game started with a bang as Jackson Blankenship lit the lamp just over nine minutes into the 1st period, assisted by Mark Schifeling, and Ethan Palso followed up shortly after with another for the home team, establishing an early lead. However, Brayden Wilson of Wiregrass would not let his team fall behind, finding the back of the net in the 2nd period to spark their comeback. The 2nd frame saw Jesuit Major regain momentum with a goal from Ethan Kakish, but the visiting Wiregrass Major came roaring back, reinforced by a pair of late goals from Brayden Wilson and Dmitry Kolpakov in the 3rd period. With only eight seconds remaining, Breyden Wilson capped off an impressive performance assisted by his brother, sealing the victory. A series of penalties kept the tempo physical, but both teams displayed resilience, making this a game to remember as the Wiregrass Major claimed a hard-fought victory. Jesuit Varsity - 2026 Season Recap The Jesuit Varsity Hockey team delivered an outstanding season in the LHSHL, finishing the regular season with a strong 14–4–1 record and establishing themselves as one of the top teams in the league. The team’s consistency, discipline, and ability to compete in high-pressure situations were evident throughout the season. In the LHSHL playoffs, Jesuit battled in a competitive matchup but fell 0–1, bringing their league playoff run to an early close. Despite the result, the team’s performance throughout the regular season reflected the growth and leadership of the group. The season continued at the SAHOF State Championship, where Jesuit made an impressive run, finishing 3–2–0 and advancing all the way to the Championship game. The team ultimately fell to North Broward Prep 5–1, closing out a strong postseason showing against top competition in the state. Throughout the year, the Varsity team demonstrated resilience, leadership, and a commitment to team-first hockey. Their success on the ice, combined with the culture they continue to build, reinforces the standard for Jesuit Hockey moving forward.
